I am just wondering??? Does your DD respond differently coach's comment to the "It's Ok, you will get it next time" or "If you would have laid out for that play it would have saved a run?" I think it depends on the coach and the DD's mental aspect of the game. I would prefer my DD get the reason why the coach is on her a$$ than the it is OK aspect. DD has had both type of coach's, but definitely responds better to one than the other

That's a different kind of "get it". I'm talking about lack of understanding...baiting a catcher to throw behind a runner...how to be a trail runner...double pickles...fake throws...strategy stuff. Lack of effort is a different kind of "get it' , but both come with maturity(most of the time). If a coach has to tell a player over and over to try harder than maybe some time on the bench will help.

Captain Obvious that is funny, I don't think anyone is mad but you did already start one post about this now you started another. Sounds like the guy got mad screamed and yelled and did not do to good in the tourney he was in. I think you are looking for something that may not have happened. :)
