Donnie,
Come to California in August a 2 day trip for $350 you will get you yellow fin tuna and maybe albacore. The big tuna are about six days out of San Diego. A one day trip for $150 will get you on 20 to 50 lb fish

We live on the gulf coast - my brother lives on padre island and leaving from his dock, we can be off shore in 10-20 minutes. Sail fish, marlin, various shark, kingfish, various tuna - though not as big as off the east coast anyway, but yours sounds like a great trip.

East Coast Gulf Stream ... 30 -60 lbs is about all you can expect ... two years ago our trip did get the NJ yearly record for a Sword ... need to find that photo ..

Must have taken it off for the photo-op ... but I believe I am wearing my running shorts that I'll be wearing to all the HS games this year ....LOL
