Ah, Easter one of the Holidays that is not softball disturbed.
Have a great day of church and family if that is what you choose.
For our household lamb is on the menu, as it has been for over 20yrs.
Marinated over night in rosemary and yogurt. (kills the gamey favor off of it)\
Then 50/50 on the BBQ. 50 percent grilled, then 50 percent smoked with mesquite.
So as I switch from an ale to a nice cab.,,,,,,

PS: For those dads that have dds as seniors,,,,,it's getting near, and so is pycho June/July.
