How was the ASA meeting last weekend? I didn't hear anything about it

yes, it was long.....got some good info from it. We can say what we want but ASA still is a class organization, even with some of their faults. They do put some good tournaments on, looking forward to the season. And, going to play both.....for the long range think my daughter can go further with ASA if she wants to play in some National games.

I was surprised to see such a small staff covering a lot of ASA future events.

Passed the buck to someone else this year since we had games but heard they told the 14u group that spikes were allowed and the pitching distance was 43'. Brought the whole age group meeting to a screeching halt while they got "confirmation" on the rules.

And the correct rules are??????

No Spikes and 40' pitching distance for 14U. They gave us the 16U info by mistake.
