We believe that this is one of the very best (LEGAL) bats on the market today. The flagship bat, the RT, has been one of the best performing bats for a very long time. We have experienced it being used against us! We are happy to join them and know they will help our team performance. It is always good to be able to use such an outstanding product that is manufactured right here in So. Cal., and not at some overseas plant!

I will give a better update on performance when we have had a chance to swing them for more than a week. Finals week is hard to find time! Early reports from the players that have used them are that they already love the RT and the NANO. I am surprised that they took to them so quickly, as we all know how attached we get to "OUR OWN BAT"!

I hope we can represent them well, and that we have a very long relationship!

Well, the cat is out of the bag! We haven't actually put pen to paper yet but Anderson Bat Company is proud and excited to team up with Loyola Marymount University softball. Big hittng LMU is a great fit for us. Look for the press release on our website when the news is official.

Newsflash!!! Catch it here on Heybucket first!!!! :D

I guess this deserves it's own thread . . .

My DD played hs ball with a girl going to LMU. Samantha was a power hitter!! She used to make fun of DD's 31/21 saying how small it was but DD hit just fine with her Techzilla so the4 teasing soon stopped... Hope she loves her RT, I'll have to ask her dad about it to see how its going...

Great news! I hope this relationship works well for both LMU and Anderson.

LOL. I do know Steven Anderson a little bit, and think the world of him and his product. And I expressed that to Coach Ferrin. Steven and Gary talked after that, I wasn't involved. But I'm pleased! Great bats, great company. And DD is doubly pleased; she's always loved her RT and had great success with it.

best regards,

Scott

We've some cool new stuff: http://www.andersonbat.com/fastpitch.asp

The new product not shown yet is the redesigned 2-piece NanoTek with a composite handle. It will be available in both a -10 and -12 models. It will be released within the next few weeks. Check back for updates.

Sorry for the delay in responding. This is a busy time of year for the ABC engineering team.

Daughter has been swinging an '05 rocketech and she is ready to go a size bigger. I heard rumor that the newer '11 and '12 are a bit lighter. The actually weight is about an ounce heavier then advertised swing weight, compaired with older models being about 2 ounces heavier than swing weight. Is there any truth to that?

We can't find anyone local that has any in stock, so we are going to have to order.
