DD has not played for a coach that would put up with this for any reason for one minute - she'd be removed from the team before she left the field. Some people feel that if it works for the team and for them, then it's o.k. Therein lies the problem - it's the all about me or the team attitude that is so prevalent in sports these days. People do stupid things all the time but you try to minimize those when you are leading kids because as a coach you are setting an example. No matter how you look at it, this guy blew it and in our communication age, it gets around.
