by PDad » Wed Jun 30, 2010 5:01 pm

They've started listing teams on the website - http://www.gsjsa.com/regionals/pages/10 ... teams.html

SoCal teams:
CA Rebels Priscella Stewart
Minors Gold Lena Lovelace
So Cal Hurricanes 95 Mitch LaRiva
USA Athletics 96 Lisa Mercurio

Corona Angels 96 website shows they're going too.

Any other SoCal teams going?

Regionals have at least 2 berths (some regionals get extra at-large berths to hand out).

I thought Meyhem qualified at Roseville and Hurricanes are a NO SHOW...to much of a long shot I guess.

Yeah, they must have seen your post (below) in the NQ thread and just quit. Why play if the Oracle of Heybucket has already spoken?

Curious, which team do you recommend should bother making the trip to Moline? Only one team can win right? So why would anybody else even show up? Who are you going with here, oh wise man?

Do us all a favor and save us some money.
Don't worry about tomorrow. You did that yesterday.

Oh I think we can agree there are 8 or 10 teams that could win 14 nats , but they do need another 120 teams for batting practice before the quarter finals. My two-cents would be "save your money for 16's" and maybe get a return on your investment. "Oracle of heybucket" I like that. It sounds a lot better than " weekend 4 Obama".
