I have i think a 2008 rockettech the sleeve is loose and spins on the bat. Is there anything i can do to fix myself or to get it fixed? its in great shape its had this problem for awhile so we didnt use it much but i would liek to get it fixed and start using it.

not really, but that shouldn't have come loose, call our warranty department and talk to Vince.

Tumblebug...Just finished the warranty issue with my son's BB Nanotek. Vince was so easy to work with and the whole process went really well.

Also, my daughter LOVES her new Nanotek that you helped us with. The pop she is getting from connecting with the ball is giving her the confidence to work through a little slump she was having before we bought this bat. She has had some great hits with this one and loves the way her swing feels.

You run a great business and I appreciate all your help.

I follow several Message boards now and I do most of this in the evening or in the mornings. I work the rest of my life around it. :roll:

Truthfully, I like doing it.
