RV park for So Cal Finest events

by GroundZer0 » Wed Mar 03, 2010 10:01 pm

This can probably be answered by Numero Uno. Is there any close by RV parks to the Diamond Valley Facility? I see that the website lists a bunch of hotels, but was thinking about taking the trailer down. Google shows some parks that look like mobile home parks. Any help would be appreciated. ;)
Thanks in advance.

this came up a couple of weeks ago. they will let you park in the dirt area next to the parking lot. it looks like a dirt island. as for rv parks nearby, those are the kind people live in, not the resort type.

GroundZero you can park in the back lot to the east sides of the fields for free. I will find out where the nearest real RV park is for you.

If anyone needs a hotel go to www.socalsfinest.com and click on the tourney that you are coming to. Then click on the hotel link for a list of So Cals Finest host hotels.

Some hotels will save you up to $20.00 per night, you juts mention that you are with So Cals Finest.

That lil bump in the middle looks familiar. Is that the road along side of Lake Perris?

I am not sure what you mean. That is a very small portion of Diamond Valley Lake at the bottom of the picture.

Thanks #1. I thought the hills looked familiar (not too many in the area). I think that would place Lake Perris on the other side of the hills.

Was at the facility today during the M.G. friendly and was checking out the dirt lot areas for the R.V. parking situation. There is a lot of dirt areas around the actual parking lots and I wasn't quite sure where the east lot Numero Uno was talking about, but there seems to be a lot of dirt around the complex.
A couple of questions were asked today, if they allow overnight parking during the weekend tournaments or if it was just a day thing, and if any dirt area was o.k. or just the east side as previously mentioned.
If anyone knows this answer, I will pass it along. Thanks in advance to the HB community for all the help they give.
