In my experience, most if not all of the top 10 were 99's and even 00's. Perhaps a 98 here or there. For the most part I would disagree with some notion people are saying that current 10U is riddled with 98's and quite frankly is non-sense. That just isn't the case with the exception of very few teams below the rank of 20 and the 98's still couldn't help them. The ones that are in it to win it
NEVER had 98's including Firecrackers, Jynx, Bat Busters, Anderson, Watley etc. and several of these teams are carrying up to 2-3 00's.
The top 10 will not change Janaury 1 because of the 98's, because none of them are carrying 98's. So stop making excuses as to why your team got stomped on. It wasn't because of some 98 pitcher.
