The Pearland Area Dad's Club, where our tournament is being held, is several miles south of Beltway 8. I think you are talking about the Southbelt complex. We have room for a couple more 10U's and 14U's so if you are interested, please send me an email. We have eighteen 10U teams signed up so far and nine 14U.

6th Sense, if there is room for us, we are going to play but I didn't want to take a spot away from somebody else that may be interested. Are ya'll in it?? :D I think I know the answer to that one...

Go Thunder and Phantomz!!!!

You sure thats why you might not play ?

Yes, that is the only reason we would not play. I have 10 players on my team and to put on a 32 team tournament takes a lot of work from each family. It is not fair to the other parents on the team if the coaches and the players are not available to work the tournament because we are playing games. I have not yet ruled us out, but I do know that it would be in our favor to not play because of the amount of work needed to be done for the tournament. I am sure you have been involved in running a tournament and should fully understand.

On the other hand, this is some of the best competition put together so far for a bracket tournament and it would benefit us to play just to see where we stand towards the end of the fall season. What team are you with Underdog??

UFC not WWE!

Speaking of WWE, I can't wait until the "BATTLE ROYAL" in Pearland this weekend.

Hypothetical question:

If your 10U pitcher/utility DD was unhappy with her current team and wanted to make a few tryout rounds this spring where would you concentrate your efforts and why?

To a team that fits. Do your homework.
What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals.
