Now that the real SB is over till March/June(except TN this weekend), what is everybody doing this winter? Camps, 2am games at the SZ? Who holds the best camps out there?

DD's travel coach organized an optional 7-on-7 team at Sportszone. Meanwhile weekly hitting at the barn until late Feb. when the team plays at Sportszone prior to HS season. She'll also start indoor hitting at the HS now that volleyball is over.

Looking at the Purdue winter camp again. DD went there last year and she liked it. We don't have anything to compare it to, but it was well run.

If your dd is in the recruiting process, Michigan State has "the best" 2 day camp. Everything is separated by grade and coaches are very interactive. In the past, coaches/grad asst's from Central Michigan and Eastern have also been in attendance. High School kids get alot of work and attention.
The camp is between Christmas and New years.

IU has a team camp first weekend in Dec. 3 or 4 games. More details should be released soon.

Northwestern, Miami(Ohio) and Illinois also pretty good too!

Camping days are over for me :( Was always nice for someone else to work with em.
