Just thought I would give my opinion since my daughter plays on one of the teams mentioned on this post, TX Pride Edwards(97). As far as our team goes, We have 1 96, 6 97's and 1 98 rostered. We decided to play up simply to get them ready for highschool. If anyone has seen us play you already know how small we are. We do pick up pitchers to help us play up at the 14U level, no secret. As far as the best 12U team out there, I would have to say 97 Glory! They will Qualify for 12U A Nationals if they stay together. Ask any of the other teams mentioned and I bet they try to Qualify for B Nationals. That is my honest opinion and as u can see I do not hide behind a username, John D Jobson.

John,
U R right, you got a decent lil team. And i DO mean LIL. Yall best not blink when the ball is in play against these ladies I can say that much! :o AlsoTexas Fusion will be trying to qualify for A I believe.

97 Texas Fusion is another team that will have to be dealt with next year. They are all 97s and very tuff. Well coached, Dave T does a great job with his kids and they are very talented. Someone took a cheao shot at them last week calling them Daddy Ball but I have played them several times and dont see it. These guys are working at it and i have no doubt that they will get there.
Not sure about the New York guy coaching first base. YAPS non stop, brings no value. Heard several comments about him this week in league. I have no doubt that the Fusion organization will address it and fix it. They are a first class operation with great coaches, parents and players.

Dat guy also said 98 Rip was a top team in the area and blasted every 97 team in DFW. No one is listening to that dude

I hope the 98 RIP has picked up some defensive players. Last year all they did was ride Sierra all the way. They were beat by TPS 98 last spring at the Bomber shootout and also beat by TPS 98 at the 10-U ASA nationals in Johnson City, TN. They could be a very very good team if they had better defense. Just my opinion from way down here in Houston.

97 Shadows, Tx Fusion, D Bat and Danger Zone all playing in the Lewisville Select League next week. D Bat and Danger Zone played a double header last night. It was fun to watch. D Bat Allen looking pretty good, actually all of them look pretty good. Its a lot of fun to watch those teams play. ;)
