Didn't the 98 peppers finish top 5 in the Fury Tournament. They were on of the last 4 teams in the winners bracket and I believe they are in RM also. Just like the 98 Sting they didn't go running down to Deer Park where all the other 98's were playing when all the big bad 97 teams came to Tomball.

Peppers 98 beat Texas Sting 12/11/10 and the 97 Hawks they are on the right track.

Sting 12/11/10, Peppers 98 and Spring Sting 98 all played Burroughs, scheduled in RM and my understanding is they will all be in the Katy Christmas Classic... ;)

My bad about the Peppers 98, I did not get to see them play in Burroughs but they did place in the Top five and I heard they gave a lot of teams fits, good job Peppers!

I agree that the RM is one of, if not the biggest tournament in the fall, maybe these teams did not get signed up in time.

Hell they won a 12-U tournament when they were 10-U. Same group of girls with two additions that took the place of the 2 that left. they were hosting the tourney in Deer Park the weekend of Burroughs, that why they weren't there. Already this fall their record against some of the better 97 12-u's is all wins and no losses, the only 97 team they played and lost to was the TX Rattlers. And I have to say I am not a TPS parent just a follower...................

Why aren't you guys playing in RM :?:

Mr. T- if you are referring to the TPS 98, then I haven't a clue why they aren't playing at the RM.. maybe waited too late to register, maybe just concentrating on working to get stronger through lots of practive and friendlies, really not sure why the team is not playing there. But again I have to say I am not part of the organization, just an interested follower.

~φ~ wrote:Have to agree with Fig. that TPS will probably roll into the spring the favorite true 98 team. They were hosting and did a fine job so they didn't dodge the Burroughs tourney. But were are they this weekend? RM is a must in the fall for any Houston area team. Just Like the KAty X-mas Classic is a must in Dec.

I think a few posts back there was a list of those MIA but where are these teams?

High Voltage
TPS 98
TPS 97
Pearland Panthers 98
Pearland Panthers 97

The 98 TPS will be looking for some revenge at the Katy Christmas Classic. The 98 Texas Sting got by them last year at the last big one of the fall in the championship last year.It would be cool to see those two in the championship again this year... not to mention shocking ! :o

Since you contradicted everything you said on your first post yourself, then I figured you would have a contradiction to not being a team parent also. You seemed to know all the ins and outs of that team but if you want to state you are not a part of it, okay….

Hammer better hope they sign up now or not hosting that weekend to have your rematch. I think a 97 team is going to take that tournament as well as the RM.

Well you might be right, but you still have to show up and play ! Never know who will be in your bracket that might have a good day and sneak in to the top two. :o

I guess you have to be careful on believing all the press clippings on teams you have not played ! :o

Whatever MRTFOOL[b], what did I say that was a contradiction to my 1st post? I am sure TPS 98 will be in the Katy Christmas tourney[b]. Maybe they can play your team- and what one would that be??????
