I am amazed at all of the D-Bat parents that have popped up on the radar screen since this team's formation.

Those folks are a mere drop in the (hey)bucket compared to the amount of dbat bashers that poop'ed up on here long before any of those teams played their first game. Gee, I wonder why?

Not sure if you are aware, but nationals are not until July, and you have to qualify first.

The simple facts are that about half of this team came from Mr. Wines tutelage, which speaks volumes; and the other half have bounced around from team-to-team over the past several years. In addition, some of these girls have been associated with the Fusion team in the past and for whatever reason are no longer on their squad.

Amen muchacho - the damaged goods from Wines, the wannabe bouncers, and the fusion rejects - these 13 year old girls are really stinkin it up right now ain't they?

The Diamonds. In fact, they probably have more big game experience and skins than any other team.

Then why are we still talking, it's a no brainer - let's crown them now and be done with it. BTW - if you truly are associated with the Diamonds, and Travers finds out who you are - then you will REALLY be wishing you would have made the dbat cut.

First in regards to the coach of the team in question. I know this man and he is a proud male Latino. As a fellow Latino, what all of you don't understand is the power of pride and machismo in the Spanish heritage and culture. Your are correct Mr. Judgeand Jury. I should not have painted every coach with such a broad stroke. I am not an expert. I am just a dad who has been carrying his daughter around to 2 to 3 tournaments a month since she was 7 and has watched a lot of softball over the last 6 years. My whole point was the clock is part of the game, and we have been on the other side of it many times and been pretty pissed off about it, but if we would have done our job earlier in the game it would not have mattered! I was suprised by the reaction. I have no other motive or anything against the DBAT Folks. As a matter of fact I have been impressed with all of their teams that I have seen on the field so far. Looking back now I wish I would not even got on here. I should went straight to Mark with my account. I appreciate how you handled the situation, the note to our coach, and the fact that you got on here knowing the kind of abuse you were going to take! I just hate that this is taking away from the fact that this was a solid, well played game by two teams.
