Well Diamond, you hit the nail on the head on the "for now" quote.

Which is why come Spring time the top four in my book as far as teams that are pretty much set, not needing any replacements and only getting better are as follows:

'99 Texas Threat
'99 Kruzers
'99 NT Rampage
'99 Roughriders

Ok here is what I hear!!

99 Threat good team that has not beat the roughriders this year.
99 Rampage cacther as good as they come. Lose sometimes when they should not.
99 Kruzzers won games in 12U beat Roughriders in Southlake
99 Roughriders played top 2 12U last week in Southlake. Not bad, pitchers struggled a bit.
99 Glory has still 98 pitchers and lost in Mckinney to NT eagles who are 98's
Blacksox you never know which team will show up.
these teams will battle all spring providing some players don't leave.

In my opinion picking the best 10U team for the fall just can't be done. I see the fall as a way to position one's self for next year. The teams that you mentioned work hard and should be proud but they were mid-level teams at best this past year. Now that teams such as Shadows, Ennis Cyclones, Texas Legend, and Danger Zone have made the move up it's wide open as to who can say they're the top in NTX 10U. But I would also say that OK Force team is pretty stout.

I agree that the top teams will show themselves by March and April. I guess the good thing is that at least we competed very well with the '98 teams previously mentioned. The '99 teams that are set and strong in most areas will only get stronger unless they lose 2 core players.
Oklahoma Force is strong and well coached, but yet I think you will see closer games with them from the NTX teams next year.

I see that the young ones are home from school because only an 8 year old would enter into an adult conversation and talk smack about little kids who are giving it their best every week.

Please let us know where in this thread it makes mention about the quality of the 12U teams in NTX. It's one thing to come into a discussion and try to be a rabble rouser but coming into it talking about a subject that none of us were talking about just gives everyone further, credible evidence that you're a complete moron devoid of any change at having a mature conversation.

Well liveintex, let me begin by saying that i'mcoaching3rd knows who I am. I don't think that he is trying to offend anyone, all he is saying is that if a good '99 team is hanging with teams that are about to go into 12U, that the calliber of 12U ball must be below par. He also realizes that occasional jokes are posted on HB so loosen up and realize that things like this will happen from time to time!!!

I however look forward to i'mcoaching3rd to bring his happy a$$ and there team up to NTX to get a whoppin put on his DD's team!!! ;) :D ;)
