Wow...that is even longer than I thought the VB season lasted. The VB for our area ends in at the end of October. I assumed it was pretty much the same for all Jr. High VB since there is no playoffs like HS.

If you would stop getting the good athletes you would not have to encounter this!

No...and that is exactly my point.

I know for sure that HV has dealt with this, the Red Hots, and probably many others. That is why I say the RM is a better indicator. Jr. High VB ends at the end of October...teams will have had a chance to practice and most, if not all, will be at full capacity. The tourney also has some strong travel teams from around the state in addition to the local strong teams that are participating.

I just think the RM will be the BEST indicator of who should have bragging rights going into the Spring. I never said it was the ONLY indicator.

I have 8 girls playing there District Volleyball tournament the Friday/Saturday of RM :x . All the 97 teams are dealing with Jr. High Sports. I don't believe anyone is making excuses. I will not make any win or lose. I just hope Basketball doesn't keep me from playing Katy Christmas Classic. I won't know until Basketball schedules come out. My girls are starting to feel one another out and we are working out the kinks. The fall doesn’t mean anything :o . It counts in the spring and a lot of teams will look totally different after January. ;) It happens every year.

That sucks I sent you an. E-mail about double headers any feedback

I was looking at it and I'm obligated a couple of those weekends. One sister team tournament and we will be heading to Austin another weekend. I'll get back with you by tomorrow. Great idea though.

Our District does a end of the season Tournament and my girls are mostly on two teams in same district. They are both good teams with a chance to win district tournament. Fun to watch but sucks not being able to play softball. I use to think soccer was the  but Jr. High sports are climbing the list.

How many 96 teams in RM

12U power is a 96 right :?:

No backlash for playing down?

Personally I think if your age eligible more power to you

Texas Terror and Austin Stars. I think power is 1/2 97's and 1/2 98's. that is how they do it in younger age groups.
