I would like to second and third the Sugar Land vote! Every tourney there is a controversy usually caused by the blues. However, there are a few that are consistent and not full of themselves also, Renee the UIC is awesome.

Best: Mansfield Texas, good people, they know the rules.

Poorest: Arlington, All on Powertrips, most never read a rule book before.
