DD wants to play

For the 12U,the eteamz link provided is still the defacto place to look and advertise for players. Heybucket is taking some marketshare, but not there yet. Find her a team there.

For your 14U, I would just throw the ball with her a few times a week, do some fielding with the 12U and 14U on Sundays in some unused field, and do some batting and sign her up for Spring Ball, preferably in a local league that plays 20+ games. Spring ball where I live here start practicing in January which isn't too far away and will play her first games in 6-8 weeks after the first practice, as early as February in some leagues. January start-up isn't too far away, November and December go very fast, and voila, PLAY BALL !!!
Coming to a team near you...

That should go over well.
There is no charge for awesomeness
