2010 Bats

What's on your mind?

by sbfanatic » Wed Sep 09, 2009 1:24 pm

Just wondering about the 2010 bats I was checking out the following bats:

2010 Demarini CF4
Combat Lisa Frenandez
Miken Rain

I know the CF3 seem to be a hot bat for 2009 has anyone seen these newer bats in action yet?

The rain started showing up a bit towards the end of the year. Ugly as all get out it looks like a frog threw up all over it but it seemed to have some pop definitely not marketed towards girls. 8-)

CF4 is the best on the list from my view.

NumeroUno -- that's an interesting coincidence... the three bats in my DDs bag for this year are the 2005 Rocketech 31/22, the Demarini Phenix 32/22, and the Purple Stealth 32/22. And a 4th you didn't list, the 2005 silver Synergy 31/21 which I think she's outgrown now.

why do you show the .cf4 as being 92 mph? Was the cf3 the same? I suppose that means they're 92 out of the wrapper and then they get to 98 once they've got a few hundred hits on them?

Poseiden -- Akadema obviously does not actually make bats, and don't apparently have any history of bat research or performance, so why risk a dud of a bat just so a glove company can fill more pages of their product catalog? (and I don't even like theiir gloves... they're too floppy). i don't see Anderson selling helmets, cleats or gloves, which is fine by me... I'm glad they're sticking to their knitting. Why can't young companies just be satisfied to be extremely good at their core product? ClearView in my view messed up trying to branch into Rip It bats. Next you know Boombah will come out with a knockoff bat...PUULLEEEZZZZ.
