I think I might know the problem- but I'm just wondering about the daily pitching. 7 days a week- is that typical, healthy, etc.... this has been throughout the summer- I'm not sure about the off-season- she isn't on our team.

I think it greatly depends on the girl.My DD pitches and we work out every other day depending on the tournament schedules and she does great with that.As far as the off season goes rest is important and we do just enough to keep her from losing her edge.They can also use the time off to make up with their friends for missing their birthdays :lol: :lol:
