Power, Velocity, Magic or Avengers- maybe Kaos if their pitching holds up.

I think only two berths to Marietta are awarded. I'll say Power and Velocity.

I am going to have to tip my hat toward the Magic.
The Phantomz have been IMO very impressive the later part of the yr. and only missed a berth by 1 out in State

Power always seem to be around on the last day

Velocity almost got it done at the NIT. They were playing the best ball of their year that week end. If they show up as they did that week end they will get the secong berth.

Magic gets one
the other one will be up for grabs between the other 3

I predict a Texas Elite 95 upset over Power in the first round. This could be anyone's tournament with Blaze-Kirk not playing here and playing in the ASA Southern Nat'l in Ft Worth.

Phantomz have been playing some good ball, but they've also taken advantage of some generous bracket draws as well.. which good teams usually do. They have had trouble with a team or two not mentioned above, and that's why I didn't include them. I agree they are more than capable, if they are hitting the ball. Great group of coaches and players and hopefully they can prove me wrong. :)

Magic has had several chances and just hasn't done it. Not sure what is going on there, as they have been strong in the past. Maybe this will be their time. I can't say I really care for the one dad that stands along the fence and screams from first pitch to last. He evidently has an older daughter or two playing college ball, but geez he can get a bit out of control.

Good luck to all this weekend.

With all due respect. Other than the HOF qualifier in S.A. what have they(Blaze-Kirk) done?
Saw them at Ronny Mac they were ok. think they were at state? , could be wrong. I hear and read how great they are but have not seen any results? I am sure they are good I just dont see where they are one of the top elite teams in the state. If they are how come no ASA? JMO
I am sure some one will come on here and give me some learnin.

thanks for all the responses

BC, you might be right about TX Blaze, I think most people give them respect because they are normally in the mix, for the last 4 years at least. This is the first I have heard of them not going to ASA, they have played the last 3 years straight I think... that's suprising to me... :?
