12A Houston Area teams VS the rest of Texas

by honest bob » Tue Jun 23, 2009 9:27 am

BOB has been in the FAR EAST covering the intercontinental tattoo & dodgeball competition for ESPN. I return to the states only to find this idiot Grandmaster Flash blowing up THE BUCKET.
Flash you must be a newby to the Bucket. All real softball goes through North Texas. The h-town teams you keep talkin about still as of today have never placed top 3 at the nationals.

HOF in OK city North texas only had 1 team there 96 DIAMONDS they did drop 1 game to one of the mighty h town teams, but did that team go on to win??? NO NO NO!!!! SO UNTIL YOUR h town wins something of any meaning, not some 3 rd place or metro win shut up & crawl back into your hole.

Bob wishes all the TEXAS teams best of luck in NORMAL.

IN the future while I am out of country somebody take care of the bucket for me.....

All real softball goes through North Texas.

I have to kind of agree with this. All the great H-Town teams will be going over North Texas on the flight to Normal...

You sir are wrong. I spoke with all the airlines and the FAA in the Houston area & they stated none of the crop dusters rented by any of the Houston teams had clearance to fly through or over North Texas. But that is a great idea rent crop dusters to fly the teams up on. Aleast when you all get knocked out early in Nomal you can make some extra money dusting crops in IL.and on the flight home.

THANK YOU

Crop dusters? You sure you didn't call the FFA instead? Honest mistake, its actually very understandable given the state of DFW, but here in H-town we have real airports with real planes. Just right for flying our real teams with real ballers to Nats

Real funny. Stick to the crop dusting. I,ll do the jokes. Don't want you to REAL-LY hurt yourself.Hey this is just a thought but maybe your on to something with that FFA, try showing pigs of cattle maybe ya,ll can get that right. I am sure you wont be expecting much since ya;ll always seem so excited about finishing 5th or so to real competition. Good luck greenhand.

THANK YOU

Houston teams were boasting about who is best then several pages in a North Texas team started whining (no pun tended) about how Houston better watch out for the teams up North and we were taking over HB.

I wonder what part of Texas Dallas Metro or H-Town did Gunnery Sergeant Hartman refer to when he said
" Holy dog shit. Texas? Only steers and queers come from Texas, Private Cowboy. And you don't look much like a steer to me so that kinda narrows it down. Do you #### #####?

Come on guys give it a rest North Texas and Houston has some very good teams and will be very competitive at Nationasls...Be proud

Comet

Thanks for the soothing salve. You are a big dog and get the big picture. The problem here is the "little dog syndrome" that seems to perpetuate itself throughout the greater Houston metro area. Most big dogs spend very little time yipping and running around chasing their tails. This is more prevalent among the smaller dogs, those without the experiences or wisdom of the bigger dogs. They desperately want the attention and respect of the big dogs, but dont realize this is not the best way to go about getting it. Dont get me wrong, those little dogs have a lot of fight and spunk, and will in most cases become the next big dog, it just is a pain in the butt to those big dogs to have to mentor and guide those little pups. Everyone knows sometimes those pups need a good spanking with the newspaper, or have their noses rubbed in it when they defecate themselves.

Did that "big dog" from N TX come down there and rub those puppies' noses in it?

What big dog?? Texas Glory or Fusion?? I didn't see a big dog in either of their teams. In fact, I wasn't impressed at all. Fusion had one good pitcher, but a very beatable team.
