Just to clear things up and reduce my hate mail. My comments about any team (blue in the below example) precedes the remarks titled: Coaches/Pollsters Comments:

The comments made in the Coaches/Pollsters Comments (underlined) are not mine! I do try to edit down some of the negative comments. Also the "seasoned pollsters that are not coaches rarely make a negative comment" so 95% of the "so called" negative comments are from other coaches

(1st Win) TCS Best of the West 10/08 (2nd - Win) 1st AA's Toys-for-Tots 12/08 A great run at Surf City beating the previously ranked #9, #7 & #3 in a row. Coaches/Pollsters Comments: Pitching solid, but overrated. In trouble after their # 1 pitcher. Has depth in line-up and improved defense. Weakness in outfield remains - that must be solidified. Very good hitting team. Best pitcher in the division. Strong all around. Great team and tested!

I guess we will know more after next weekend in SD, but the Firecrackers added a hitter and a lost a pitcher. Does anyone know which one they lost or where she went? Might change up the rankings a bit if a good pitcher went to a different top contender.

When I started the poll - there were two very good hitters on the market. Either one landing on a team would have a big impact. Now if the Firecrackers end up with both of these hitters but lose one of their 2 very good pitchers..... they will have taken a major step backwards!

Congratulations to Bombsquad 96 as they won their first tournament of 09 this past weekend in Bullhead City: TCS Casino Ball Championship April 4-5th. They beat Revenge 96 in the semis, and LV Lil Rebels 96, in the championship.
