If you want to talk about best coach by the experience they have coaching at different levels of the game I would have to say the Austin Storm 12u coach Phil Koehler. He has the experience from travel, high school and college experience as a HEAD Coach. Not many 12u coaches out there have this guys resume.

I hear the TEXAS KNOCKOUTS have a very good coach in training. Their hope is he will be at full song in 24 to 48 months .

The one that does'nt- scream at you on the field
The one that does'nt- pull you during a game for making an error
The one that does'nt- sit you on the bench game after game
The one that does'nt- lie just to keep you
The one that does'nt- try to steel players from other teams
The one that does'nt- hold it against you for not being at practice because of school functions
The one that does'nt- cheat (doctor or alter birth certificates,etc )
The one that does'nt- take the fun out of the game
