Set your own rules. It can be the best in your area, the best ever, regardless of location, etc. You just need to identify the restaurant, basic food genre, and its location.

(Complain about this topic now...I double dare you :D )

Here are mine:
Pick Quick Drive In, Fife, WA--Best hamburgers anywhere, period. Also great fries and shakes.
Del Frisco's, Las Vegas, NV--Dallas based steakhouse that is out of this world good.
Nobu, Las Vegas, NV--Best sushi anywhere.
Metropolitan Grill, Seattle, WA--Top flight steakhouse
Korean BBQ, Los Angeles, CA--don't know the names, but there are two that are unbelievable. One is on the corner of 7th and Vermont in Koreatown, and one is on PCH in South Torrance, just west of Crenshaw (same parking lot as Baskin Robbins).
There is no charge for awesomeness
...or attractiveness.

Ok, scary thing here, these are all my Favs. An ex player of yours took us to Lou's, it was the bomb!!! Only thing I would change would be Oggi's (only because we don't go there). Maybe put in Super Mex.
