The 9 1/2 min pregame song and dance including some lame bs grab ass followed promptly by an umpire led rules clinic followed by a sportsmanship speech, followed by a uniform critiquing and expectation list and a take off your ear rings and a this and a that.. then the coup de grace - a game of flip the coin charades ABSOLUTELY drives me nuts.

I do not do that, the goal is getting the game underway - so get er done.

We have had a lady blue every now and then who has a girl from each team roll a ball towards the pitching rubber (closest wins), which always has the coaches scrambling for their best bowler. That is after the 9 1/2 minute song and dance. Good times.

I heard it was a big deal to the girls they were all mad. Any good competitive athlete would not be happy. Sorry girls you worked your a$$ off won every game in a tourney and you are now playing for third, give me a break

You tell the girls that they shouldn't have allowed 4 runs to put themselves in this situation in the first place...

.....and all the girls have forgotten about it by Monday. The coach tells the AD not to schedule that tourney ever again and life goes on.
