2 spots left. Looks like mostly all 98's. Should be a good one.

Glory 98 lost their #1 pitcher, but have 2 others that can throw strikes just not as dominate as the one that went to the Batbusters. Glory would still be considered a Top team because of the defense and hitting.

Batbusters now have a true #1 pitcher, just no defense behind her once they get that in order should be very competitive.

98 Rip is hands down the best 10U team in North Texas right now. They have solid defense and hitting. A couple of pitchers that can get it done, and then one who can just really bring it. Just not sure were it is going, but when she finds her control she shouldn't be stopped at the 10U level.

Are the Houston teams going to be able to hang with the Dallas area teams?  Is there a team from the Austin/San Antonio area that is capable of winning with all the big guns from Dallas and Houston area? :o Is anyone going to pick the top 5?

I haven't seen the Glory since last summer and am not sure about the 98 Rip. But it looks like they have only played in "B" class tournaments (not sure if that means anything). I would be very surprised if the TPS and Texas Sting were not in the top 3. It depends on what pitchers decide to "show up" that weekend! :)

I would agree, but be careful looking at those A and B classifications. It seems like all the Dallas teams are classified as "B" teams. I am sure there will be 2 or 3 strong Dallas teams. Also looks like the Anderson Express 98 could be a potential top 3 team. Don't know who they have played, but could make a strong showing. :?:

What I like about this one is that no one knows each other. It should shape up for some good hard nosed softball. Looking forward to this one.

I sure the CenTex Umpires will have something to do with the outcome of this tournament they always do. Have been there many years in the past with older team. Seems to be the worst umpiring in Texas.
