Depends on what you goals are for your DD. age? How much playing time do you expect on each team? How good is the coaching? Would your kid be a leader on one of the teams? What positions would she play? What role would she play? What are the costs? Number of practices each week? How much time off do the kids get?

There are many considerations.

How do you define "ok org" and "very good org"? Number of teams, reputation, $$ in dues?

These are all important. I'd probably add 1) what are your overall goals for her this year or what are her goals for this year if she is older? and how does each option help or impede the achievement/realization of those goals? 2) What are the opportunities on the better team? I'd presume they would be more limited. 3) Lots of people gravitate toward better teams because obviously winning is more fun than losing. And indirectly it potentially reaffirms our self held idea that DD is an amazing player. :D But very frankly travel ball is really about getting better as a player. What that requires IMHO is good coaching and the opportunity to play and to play better teams with better players. Sitting the bench on a good team isn't what you want to do obviously. Sounds like your kid is young so I'd focus on #1 & #2. BUT, the competitive nature of good players on good teams will help girls to push themselves generally speaking.... So there is an argument for both. Decide what is important to you and find the coach that comes closest to the realization of those goals.
