CoachH13,
As the Head of an Organization, I can tell you this same thing happened to one of our teams and after meeting with the team, it turned out to be an easy fix and now the team is still with us and very happy. A lot of times things get lost in communication of he said, she said, he did this because of this, etc.
If you haven't already, I would highly recommend the Team's leadership (MGR, Coaches, Parent Rep) request a meeting with the Organization Head and discuss the concerns before making your decision to definitely leave the Organization. You don't have to tell them your leaving during the meeting, in fact I wouldn't. But let them know your concerns and ask what they intend to do? Then you'll know for sure where your team stands and what to do. Depending on your situation, they may just tell you what they feel you want to hear, especially if its an Organization that charges "Org Fees" and is making money off you. By meeting in person you will have a better feel if they are being sincere or not. At least by doing this if you stay and they don't change, you know you are for sure making the right move at the end of the season. But if they make the changes you requested, then you didn't have to go through a change.
If it cannot be resolved and you do decide to switch Organizations, that's the easy part. Do your homework and due diligence and rank other Organizations you would like to be with and just contact them and ask. I would talk to parents of players who have been in that Org for more than a year.
