Starting up a softball program and I am looking for any advice the fine members of this site can give me! Anything you like/don't like about coaches you have encountered, what you would like to see more/less from coaches, fair rates (monthly, yearly?) for dues and what you would expect for those rates, and anything else you would like to contribute besides 'don't do it'!
