USSSA So Cal World Series Qualifying

Does anyone know what a 14U team or any division for that matter have to do to play in the USSSA World Series in West Covina BLD in July? They have not responded to any questions over the past month.

I know in baseball that's all you have to do. I'm pretty sure softball is the same. TC too.

That doesn't mean a thing. I know a team who won 2 yrs. ago, and never played a single USSSA tourney. Same for boys. TC is the same also.
