I came down to see the game last night. Peatland is a good team. They were clearly out coached. Pearls d will lose to teams with better coaching.

Oh and dont forget teams that can hit will beat them as well. But we will see where they fall in the end.

I am surprised that Pearland lost this game. Manvel had a losing record going in to the matchup and really don't have very many quality hitters on their squad. Maybe Pearland was looking past them.....

I do not believe Pearland will make any excuses for the loss. It is a long season. Things happen.
Still believe Pearland will be the team to beat for the State Title.

After the first round of district, Oak Ridge is in third place.

They lost to both Bryan 4-3 and The Woodlands 4-3.
The Woodlands went undefeated in the first round of district play.

Bryan's only loss was to The Woodlands 7-1.

GameChanger has a known problem with not calculating earned runs in its latest release. For the time being, its a pitcher's dream!
