Friendly for 8u? Really?

Received an email a little bit ago that has a link to Hey bucket...yep, there it is, a friendly for 8u. How did I miss it? What are they thinking?

Agreed. Most SoCal rec seasons start this weekend. Hopefully most of those kids are enrolled in Rec and can wait a week. I also laughed at the umpire cost. 2 umpires per game? For a pre-season 8U friendly? Pretty sure a single umpire could handle it. Or a parent.

They better be careful because ASA's rules for all stars. They can only have 4 girls after Feb 1st eligible for all stars if they are playing "travel" past that date and no one is eligible after March 1st of they play travel.
