Thanks for the update. Glad to see the team make the semi-finals. Continue to build on the confidence at Chino and work on keeping the team together as the team looks in good shape for Spring!

Thanks for the well wishes. Enjoy your posts, keep 'em coming. Chino Hills will be an exciting tourney for all.

FYI - American Pastime over Team Smith '96 in pool play. This put Team Smith '96 in OC BB bracket on Sunday and ultimately they faced each other in Qtr Final.

What is the deal with Team Smith 96? I never see them anywhere and when I hear about them lately, they are on the losing end of a close game. I was expecting them to make some real noise this year. Are they just warming up for a Spring/Summer run, or are they in trouble? I know a couple pretty talented players that tried out for their team this fall and didn't make the cut. Based on this, I figured the team had to be stacked. Maybe they're just off to a slow start. Of those of you lucky enough to have had a Team Smith 96 sighting, what do you think?

DOES TEAM SMITH HAVE MORE THAN ONE TEAM IN THE 12U DIVISION ?

I think they have a 96 and 97 team! I heard a few of the 96 players moved up to 14's....So i'm sure they are just adapting to change and they are off to a slow start.......

Ah yes, the elusive radar...
The best way to get on "the radar" is to let others not connected with your team put your team there. If you are good, someone will usually mention it. If you go looking for confirmation for your own team, that will turn people off...
Another problem is when you go fishing for confirmation for your team, you never know what you will catch...
Besides, if you are good, you want to be under the radar and sneak up on people...
