This is my top 10 Texas teams, before the first ball is pitched.

I can not comment on the out of state teams. Most of them have changed since watching them at Nationals and I am just not familiar with them. I am sure I have missed a few great Texas teams, but I have not seen everyone play this fall.

1. Texas Flames
(Last Texas team standing at Nationals last year, and they are a very good team)

2. Texas Storm Zarate
( This team played very good at Nationals)

3. Texas Blaze Slimp
(Very good pitching and can play. Most have not heard of them until they beat you)

4. Texas Travelers 93
( Very good all around team, you better come to play of they will beat you)

5. American Freedom 93
( Solid team if they come to play. If you under estimate them, they will beat you by 10)

6. Texas Fusion
( I have not seen this team alot, but I have heard that they are good. )

7. SK Tazors
( This team has a complete group of girls)

8. Texas Velocity
( Good team that can hit, when they get it going)

9. Houston Power
( Out of respect, They lost there pitcher and I am not sure what they got in return)

10. Texas Eclipse
( Solid team, with girls that can play ball. If you under estimate them, you will get beat)

My Final 4 Texas Teams
Texas Travelers
Texas Storm Zarate
Texas Blaze
SK Tazors

Dont ever count the 94 Peppers-Hoskins out
Web site shows them playing up in the 16-u division.

Always seem to find a way

Sometimes when you are on the other side it is sickining to a point but you got to respect the never die attitude.

There are teams not listed on the website that have been accepted and some on the accepted list have dropped.

Based upon the draw, I think Texas Blaze Slimp has a nice road to Sunday. Did any of you see the Blaze Gold team play this weekend. Dominating. Where did they find those solid Division 1 players in Central Texas. We never saw those players when the Centex teams have come to the metroplex over the years. In 16U, there will be alot of solid teams meeting up in the second games on Saturday which makes for a rough losers bracket later in the day.

Where are you finding brackets? I have yet to see brackets for any age group.

Watch out for the Bombers Black. Rumor has it that they are bringing some key Bombers Gold players and the Corpus rise ball pitcher. Lay off those rise balls!!! It will be interesting to see if the Fusion can handle them.
