Is there a rule with ASA or any Rec League NOT being able to continue with your All-Star Team thru the fall season and playing competative travel ball or joining a travel team and still be able to play All-Starts the next season and being eligible even thou you will NOT be playing travel ball by the March deadline????

Once your all star team has been eliminated from championship play all the players are released. So it no longer maters who you put together as a team. Many travel teams get started this way. As long as you follow the yellow book rules for eligibility for next year you are fine. I would recommend taking out a separate insurance policy though.

Confused as to why you're posting a similar question in 2 different posts. But I'll try again.
In the Fall, you can do whatever you want. You can form a TB team from your Rec All-Star team, or have a few of your Rec All-Stars play TB. None of that would affect Rec All-Star eligibility for the following calendar year.
As you said, to be eligible for Rec All-Stars, kids cannot participate on a TB team after March 31st. And of course, they must play in at least 50% of the Rec All-Star games.
Again, be careful of encouraging kids to play both Rec and TB from Feb-Mar (burnout, overuse, etc.).

I'll post here a 2nd time too. An All Star team may not have more than 4 players who played travel after Feb. 1. So if there all from the same league, it would not work!

What age group?
For12u or older, if you make the move to travel in the fall, you should stay in travel in the spring and not go back to rec.
I'm assuming you would go back to rec for all stars, Western B nationals, etc.
To an unbiased observer, like me, that reeks of trophy hunting.
Going back to rec in the spring, when alot of the girls have never played, will hinder your girls' development.
Of course, as always, JMHO.
