Team Mizuno smell the coffee

by heretostay » Sat Aug 25, 2012 9:41 pm

Team Mizuno

On the Team Mizuno web site it says " Team Mizuno is Gold Standard for national championship caliber girls"

Hey Team Mizuno you might want to play at Gold level before you set the national standard. The funny part is there go all the fools drinking the new cool-aid.

Why don't you put on the site come pay $40 for a 1/2 hour lesson while we give 4 lessons at one time. $320.00 a hour and suckers are lined up. 7 and 1/2 minutes with Stith for $40. What a rip off.

You should also post we will get your player signed to top schools to play softball even though the schools education, location, and size has nothing to do with the best interests of your DD.

Obviously people are liking what they are putting out there and are trying to be a part of it.

I don't buy it, even though a lot of people put a lot of years and time into travel ball most are clueless about the big picture. Just like all the kids that play for Firecrackers hoping to play for Tony. So they get on a team with a coach with a bad reputation and put up with all the shenanigans in hopes to play for the man one day.

Anyone that thinks paying $40 for a 30 minutes lesson with 4 players at a time needs to have the melon checked.

The people that are liking what they are putting out there are the same people playing for known perverts, coaches charging so much for dues so they can make the house payments and coaches belittling and using foul language at his young lady athletes. Same mind set

Tony isn't that bad. it's only $50 for half hour, but there is only 3 kids at a time.

My kid followed a similar path of batting.. with one exception, when I took the "and DAD" out of the equation, she started hitting much better!

Spazsdads right, these guys/org fulfill a need that many many parents can't. To Miguelpana your kid is lucky cuz I've met far, far more parents that are clueless to softball skills than those who aren't.

Most TB coaches started by coaching their DD's & in Mike Smiths defense (my DD doesn't play for him) when we spoke @ PGF this year & he asked who my DD's hitting coach was I told him me (& quantified the answer by my personal experience) he didn't bat a eyelash or give me attitude, or tell me she needed some big name for success as several others have over the years.

I don't know why people would give a rat's $ss how anybody else spends their money or does what they do to try to make their DD's dreams come true cuz IMO it none of their business!

What would you expect him to say? The real question is Does she play for him now? Actions speak louder than words. Or in this case, no eyelash batting.

Hey Bigsoftball...I'm talking about all the "so called experts" who are quick to say go to this guy or that ex player or whoever, but go to someone cuz "they know" or they're the best" or whatever. Dozens of people have steered me in this direction or that & my point is for those unlike mjiguelpanna they need that advice, they want that advice but I don't. Smiths attitude was completely different that what I've experienced, that simple. :o
