The girls should be jumping up and down all they want, celebrate all they want ,THEY won the game. It's the Hurricane parents that acted like they played the game. And great comments like "lite that picher up all day long" . I have heard that moms from Laguna Niguel are like the Stepford Wives, but it's the Dads who live and breathe through their DDs play, that makes them replay their mediocre Little League career. Very good team with parents that have'nt been there before.

Sounds like you have never been on any type of sports team because you are so thin-skinned. If you can't handle the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat, maybe you should stay home and bake cookies and when your DD comes home from the game you can talk about how the game went over a glass of milk, I'm sure her perception would be different than yours.

I was not there, but was talking to my wife during the game. Jets were ahead 4-1, and the Hurricanes made a big comeback. I could hear the excitement in the background. The Hurricane parents had every right to be excited. If the tables were turned, we would have been going wild as well....and we have been there before. Nothing wrong with parents taking pride in their kids success. Again, congrats to the Hurricanes.
