Thats close to her swing but that video was done at a clinic. Since then we got her back in with her hitting instructor as she was confused by all the different coaches (tryouts, pickup, SCHOOL BALL). She now has a more consistant stance and swing.

I can't seem to slow the video down enough to see if there is bat lag. One thing I would have her do, is finish the swing. Bring the bat around to her left shoulder. I "think" that she is stopping her swing and not finishing 100%. Then, have her work on not whipping that bat back towards the catcher. At one point, as the bat comes back, she actually throws a pile of dirt towards the catcher and umpire with the head of the bat.

I don't care about the gum chewing. It is just so nice to see such a hard working young lady. I am an old PE teacher and we can spot gum from 100 yards.
