I don't get why a B level team Ranked 12th in the state is going to a D Level Tourney... Thoughts..?

This is not Tbone Turner's Team. They are going to PGF. The link is to the other team's website (Apodoca). It has been wrong all year. Stars99 could've just told you there was two team, It is a legit question.
