On Deck Softball is a must 8th , 9th, 10th and 11th graders

On Deck Softball has the best college recruiting camps in the country.

Where else can you get your player seen with over 100 coaches sitting at one field all day watching your DD play?

Derek and Joann Allister from On Deck watch hundreds of games looking for players that they can put in front of college coaches. I have been to these camps and their is no recruiting event as good as this any where.

Check out the links below.

Derek Allister and On Deck Softball will be at the Heybucket Memorial Day show down May 26th and 27th 2012

This is a great opportunty to get your players seen and to be tested by On Deck for bat speed, agility and more, something that colleges want to know..See what your players needs to work on and see how they match up to the best.

Parents make sure your coach knows about this event, don't leave you DD out in the cold

There have lots of coaches and instructors that have been very instrumental on the path to my daughter's verbal. OnDeck was by far the one group that had the single biggest impact. There are no favors, no way to buy your way in. You play well in front of them in Colorado or at Hemet, or get recommended by someone they trust then you get your opportunity to do it front of a ton of coaches. You cannot do well just once either, they track and monitor you as well. If you have the skills and mental toughness, do all you can to get into their camps.

This is a big opportunity for younger players to be seen and tested by Derek Allister and On Deck Softball.
I believe they have the best recruiting camps in the country.

OnDeck Softball
The NCAA Primary Softball Recruiting Service

A Decade of Working for College Coaches across the Country While Serving Teams in 26 of the 30 NCAA Division 1 Conferences

OnDeck Measurements – ODM

The Newest & Most Unique Evaluation and Rating Tool

Used By NCAA Coaches Across The Country

OnDeck Measurements (ODM) is a recently developed Evaluation Tool that was designed by OnDeck Softball and several NCAA Division 1 Coaches to measure

· Speed and Agility

· Overhand Throw Velocity

· Bat Velocity

Every player who gets tested will receive an ODM Rating which is a Statistical Evaluation that compares the athlete to other players across the country.

The young athlete with an ODM Rating will be able to use the rating

· To identify her weaknesses

· To enhance her recruiting profile

· To measure her progress over several years

· To measure herself against established National norms

· To evaluate her strength, speed and agility against proven Division 1 players

Any player wishing to create an ODM Rating can do so. OnDeck Softball will be at various showcases and tournaments throughout the year in an effort to measure as many players as possible across the country.

OnDeck Softball will be bringing ODM to Hemet for the Minor’s Gold Memorial Weekend Tournament on May 26th and 27th

If you are playing in this event sign up your team or individuals are fine.

If you want to see how your kid matches up with bat speed and over hand throw velocity and agility sign up.

If you are a signed player and want to come by and see what you need to work on before college sign up.

They tested a player that had a trainer that was top 10% running forward side to side bottom 10%. Once you see the print out you know what to work on.

This is something you can send to the colleges with your letters
