Watch the WCWS, CU is thrown a lot at that level so dont feel bad if someone has trouble with it.
Offspeed appears to give trouble to many MLB players as well. So Sad

I like the strike 3 idea, the issue on an 0 and 2 count is what do you throw then. I dont like a rise ball for that pitch, because a hanging rise ball, usually goes in someone's trophy case, if you can find it.

CU, thrown properly, is just devastating.
I just hate when it is always thrown with two strikes- too predictable. nothing messes up a batter(or a coach) like a well thrown first pitch change-up. They don't know what's coming next and makes fastballs seem that much faster
