Have you guys seen VTDs new site? What are your thoughts on it? Ouch...

You mean the VTD/IFA/Glory site?
As long as GG and company are still around, VTD will continue to be King in DFW...new site or not...

Too dark and too narrow. When you go to a team'd website it only displays partial information.

I have been following VTD for eight years. Used to be a VTD junkie. Not so much any more since daughter graduates this year. I'm not sure what drugs they were on when they come up with this design but in my opinion it is terrible. Orange writing' not good. Very dark pages. As I get older I need bright pages to be able to see. Just my opinion.

They missed the mark... The beauty of the old site was it's simplicity, ala 'google'. Why the change?

Agreed...not sure at all why the change...I didn't really think about Glory and VTD connection till it was mentioned in this post..then I look at all the red laying around and I put the two together.
I've actually started looking at ASA's site in comparison to the new VTD site...and in all actuality I like the ASA site better. I'm not a VTD or ASA homer...just need something that is easy on my eyes...

The font is too small for these eyes. And how the heck do you bookmark a team's page? It was easy on the old site. Haven't figured it out on the new site.

I had found the new site before it went live when I was looking at the baseball side and I had hoped it was just a place holder. One of the things that bothers me it that it should be setup to take advantage of larger browsers and fit to the desktop insted of locked margins. The color isn't my favorite but it was red a long time ago and I don't think it has anything to do with Glory.

The revisions to the new site are much better. Too bad all tournaments are not on one site?

Agreed...it would be a nice to have all tournaments on one site...that linked into all the other sites. One central location for all of Texas.
