Above link is used as an example, look at the logo next to the player's picture. The following is is just a question, do not read to much into the specific team (it could be any organization).

Do smaller organizations have the equivalent talent to have an equal opportunity at getting the players recruited? Or is there more behind the organization's name and perhaps connections with institutions?

Here's a small, by comparison, org that does ok. They even have 2 WJNT members.

Wow, the crazy 12U parents made the jump to 14U and didn't miss a beat.
Bracky, you don't have a 3rd DD in 12's do you?

Question: Why is it that at the #10 spot you have TNL "16U" Blue in a "14U" ranking??? Am I missing something here? Is this team playing down? Somebody, anybody please splain to me how this is or what this is??? Thanks in advance too. :?

You cant play down.

Some teams that are 14U eligible are calling themselves 16U for the fall. FC Sota, SC Breakers Imoto, TNL are a few. Those with berths to Premier at 14U will come back after HS and play 14s. Some may elect to stay at 16s. MG Alvarez, which was 14u eligible, did this last year.

Bracky, IMO those 2nd year 14 teams that are serious about making a run at Premier have learned from Stith's experience and will only play 14s after HS.

Looks like a few top teams were eliminated early on Sunday. Like I stated earlier, you can't lose arguably your best overall player and still be the same team.

Congratulations to San Diego Aztec 98 on winning the Brenda Marsh Tourney, and to Nemesis Elite – Ponce on finishing second

This is the Aztec’s second time making the finals in a big tournament – very solid team. With their secret weapon “unofficial coach” this team will only get better. ;)

I agree 14U will be very competitive - much deeper than last year. Bracket attached.

Agree Brackey. First Tourney Aztecs were so close they could taste it. This time, in a single elimination Tourney, they did not let a minor stumble in bracket play against Pastime cause them to fall. They are a very solid team, with good coaching and sound fundamentals. Great job girls! So when does that new ranking come out again, Brackey?
