What would you do if you ordered and paid for a tournament shirt from a Tshirt vendor and they will not deliver the goods? I want everyone to know what he did to me but don't know if it's appropriate to put on here. He keeps giving me excuse after excuse and it's been 6 weeks now. The tshirt means more to me than the money as it was a 10 year Never Forget 9/11/11 tshirt.
Please help.
