gators have probably played more so far so they should be good early bombers return several but we will know alot more after witches brew tourney in greenwood this weekend and the monster mash the next weekend this should be a good thread to report scores news and tourney results hopefully all the 14u parents won't feel the need to come on and tell us how 10 is all daddy and watered down and everything else even though there us truth to both be good if wi could concentrate on the positive and good discussion and keep trash talking down

As a 14U parent & coach....I went to watch the 12U division at Clifty Park in the USFA Fall State Tournament this weekend and seen some pretty good softball. The Gators came away Champions, the Red Alert was Runner Up and the Center Grove Exteme finished 3rd. All three teams are capable of beating anyone they play this year. A new team from Lafayette was formed this year and the girls were learning and having fun. Good Luck to everyone this year!

Mafia Black won the HSE Fall Classic with Edge 01 runner-up. Both teams looked like they should be around the top this year. Bombers and Gators 2001 both return several, but have not heard of either playing yet outside of friendlies. Any teams from up north looking good this year? NWI Sox? Crown Point?

Anyone know if those teams that split (Xtreme, rockets, Heat.....and others) are gonna get new teams together? I heard Gators look good so far in the games they have played and had several girls return. I also heard the Edge was a hodge podge of broken teams??? Bombers should be good this year since they were so young last year and did well competing last year. Any word on Ambush?? Haven't heard about Crown point or Sox?? Anyone else?? I guess only time will tell.

Keep an eye on the Gators 2001, HC Inferno, Indy Edge, Bombers, Indiana Magic and the NWI Sox. I heard the Mafia older team is pretty good as well. There is also an "A" team out of Fort Wayne called the Spartans. Dont know anything about them though

Never heard of the spartans so I would hate to put them with these other teams just because they say they're A league doesn't mean they are let's wait till they play a top team or at least enter an A B tourney. but that is why they play there will be a lot more to talk about after this weekends tournaments I will be at greenwood witches brew tourney this weekend so I will let you know what happens there

From what I have seen so far this year is the Gators '01 look great. I watched them play the Mafia Black and handed them an easy loss at CG in a double header. I have heard that they have played 10 or 11 games and have not lost, and most I'm told were won by run rule... I'm sure the Bombers, Magic, Inferno and Edge should do well also.

Someone asked about the Rockets..... Rumor has it they desolved and changed the name to Circle City Outlaws, the Heat is now the 12U Ambush and there isn't a Indiana Xtreme 10U team.

Between the Witches Brew this weekend and Monster Mash next weekend, we should have a little better idea on who the top team is in 10U in a few weeks.

8-)

Mafia Black is a really strong team this year they went undefeated at HSE and outscored their opponents 95-8.
