10U teams in Houston

by onetime » Wed Jul 23, 2008 12:54 pm

I don't think the person you are trying to call out would like it very much. I think I will do some research myself and call you out, but I will know for sure who you are before I accuse. People you talk trash about or people you accuse of doing something they have not, will always give you bad Karma!!!!! I think I would do some apologizing to whomever you are trying to say I am. This conversation is about TPS choking. Why are you so defensive? Hmmmmmm, I wonder. Have a great day.

That is absolutely TOO FUNNY that the old posts have been deleted
I didn't know you could do that.

Onetime's original post was absolutely classless, nothing more. It had everything to do with taking an immature dig at a team that has beat her/his team almost everytime they played. So they had a bad tournament, they're 10-11 yr olds. It happens. Just happened at a crucial time. Injuries had alot to do with it as well. I WAS there.

You're right.... Karma is a B****, and it usually comes back around and bites the one slinging it around. Onetime needs to get over it, TPS is not the cause of the reality she is living in right now, she is. The only person hurting your kid's softball career is you and it's a shame.

You are talking about 10U's - right????

.... and here you are worried about someone destroying your "nieces'" softball college career.

That makes me laugh.

Thanks - I needed that....
When asked how many times she hit Tiger with the golf club, she responded, "I'm not sure...put me down for an 8!

I was defending a good team in my old posts and it seemed to me everyone was bashing them. I am just an aunt who observed a lot of 10U games here and in Panama City. Please don't talk about class because class is not a team who teaches 10 yr. olds to not go on the field and except their 3rd place trophies. And if you are going to Talk the Talk then Except the Talk. Don't make excuses for losing because I am sure their have been a lot of teams with injuries throughout the season. Yes, tying for 7th at a national tournament is awesome for many teams, but those teams probably don't talk crap.

Thanks

Rhonda Barsalou-
I'm right here, I'm not hiding beside some screenname. We all saw the posts you posted under onetime where you were ranting about your daughter not wanting to play anymore next season because of the "mean parents and coaches" taking all the fun out of it. We remember the posts about Crossfire people "dont clean their own homes". Deleting them doesn't change that. TPS has never not accepted a trophy. The only time we came in third was in Southbelt and Coach Vaughn presented them to us outside the dugout. There were not individual trophies so there was not an on field presentation. We host many tournaments and never have an on-field ceremony for third place.

Please move on. Your obsession with us, though flattering, is misquided and borderline creepy. Everyone knows that you are posting on here under Onetime. Your own current and past parents, your former coaches, your opponents coaches and parents, all of us know who you are. There is no way that you could know so much about 10U softball and then claim to not know who "Rhonda" is. It's a joke. But, it makes for a good laugh.

TPS has never had any issues on the field or off. We have never had players leave our team for another team, we have never had our head coach change midseason because of turmoil, we have avoided everything Crossfire could not. And in the end, we are still playing, and you are on here - without a team, stirring the pot....like always.

We know what it is about - our girls having fun - and they had a blast in PCB and they will have fun in Indiana. I'll send you a postcard:) It's 10U, it's supposed to be fun. Even finishing 7th, we still had fun.

Thanks for playing. TPS out - got to head to Indiana for ASA Nationals.

PS - 13 games against Crossfire. TPS was 11-2, 82 runs scored and only 32 surrendered. Seems to be plenty of pitching talent if you ask me.

Not very good at covering your tracks Rhonda....

Yes, Crossfire got 5th. Texas Glory and Oklahoma Gametime lost out on Saturday, but remember iceicebaby these tournaments do not matter. It is always about the end result. If you knew anything about softball, you would know even the best teams don't win all the time, but they pull it together in the end. Crossfire has actually had fun taking sometime off on Sundays and going to church and letting some other teams play. And by the way, Crossfire doesn't clean their own houses. I have enjoyed getting you so excited and frustrated about who is the best in 10U. Now it is time to move on. I really have enjoyed watching all the teams progress and strive to reach their goals in softball, as coaches and players. Keep in mind they are 10 years old and are not perfect. The players have many many more years of softball and will probably not remember or care who was the best in Houston at the 10U division. It would be nice for every team from Texas to do well at all the National Tournaments.

A little defensive Darryl. You seem to know a lot about Crossfire. A liittle Creepy yourself, don't you think? I guess Rhonda was Crossfire's coach. The quote you are referring to is about people bashing Crossfire by not playing on Sunday's and cleaning their houses. I just added a little fun when I responded. If you would like to contact me, please do so. Lori is my name and I am sure you know me, you know everything. Enjoy Indiana!!!!!!

I enjoyed reading your post as much as watching your team play.

I also enjoyed your response Darryl. Very classy and mature. We all know the truth no matter the protests.

Good luck in Indiana

"Certain" parents need to focus on their daughters and theirselves and not worry about what everyone else is doing.
