Why so many 12B in North Texas

Why are so many North Texas teams in 12u not challenging their selves and not playing A ball. Of course some will say they play up in 14u B.

In my opinion if your goal is for your girls to play college ball playing B is slowing your girls progress in achieving that goal.

Now if your DD just loves the game and just wants to play softball and does not have the lofty goals or competitiveness as some i think B is the way to go.

I know of several good to very good B teams that just will not make the move.

a big part of the problem...BATBUSTERS BATBUSTERS BATBUSTERS.

I think at one point there was 8 or 9 12u B batbuster teams....the motivation?

Why would anyone who "runs" an organization allow such mismanagement of the name unless he is just trying to line his own pockets with money money money?!

Seriously, I would like to know when he stopped caring about what was best for the girls and started making it about his own well being.

Batbusters used to be a name and a force to be reckoned with..not any more..a couple good 18u teams, 1 or 2 good 14u teams (if they pull it together) and that is all this organization has, along with 27 other B teams.

Cannot say it is not about the money..if you do, you are a damn liar!!

if its about the money with the batbusters how is he making the money?

does he charge every team a fee to use the name and uniforms?

is he making a kick back on uniform costs?

If its about the money, how are they making more money with more teams??

Does the extra money go to the organization to make it better or to one person?

If it goes to the organization and they do things to make it better then i would think that is a good thing, but if that is true what do they do to make it better?

Do they have a place I.E. batting cages or some kind of indoor location where they can do some extra work in bad weather ect.
