I am from Texas and the only time we see any Cali teams play is at the National tournment. From what I have seen in the past their girls play some good ball and will be tough to beat.

I have seen some of the Georgia teams play and Worth Cobras and Georgia Impact are the real deal. They will give Cali and Texas and all the other States all they want.

Texas will be well represented with several good teams, from all over the State.

It should be a great tournment and when the final out is made then we all will know which team is #1 in the ASA Nationals.

Good luck to all. Be safe on your travels.

This was not a trash talking thread. I do not do that. MY only point is that between TX. and GA. there is a good chance of a non SoCal champ and/or runner up. Just didnt undersatand why there was no love for the other states. And when I said bring it on........I meant the 100+ degree weather...........SoCal may win this year yes, but I would be willing to bet they DO NOT FINISH 1-3!!!!!!!!!

It will definitely be interesting to see the results with all the country becoming progressively better every year. As like in the NCAA, everyone is still chasing the west coast and gaining momentum! ;)

I am a TPS 98 dad that had the chance to meet 1998_Superstar at the Hall of Fame. I will vouch he is not a trash talker and just enjoys the game. We had two great battles with the Worth Cobras...team was a lot of fun to play.

As for TPS 98 we choose to stay out of the trash talking game and just focus our efforts on the field as to my recollection we have never won a game on a website. That is why you don't see a lot from us other than basic discussion about softball. We have fun as parents during the game, and let the girls do what they do on the field.

We are fortunate to be having a successful season thanks to the hard work of the girls as are many other teams from around the USA. Thanks for the TPS 98 compliments 1998_Superstar. Look forward to seeing you again in Alabama.

Good luck to everyone, have safe travels, and a lot of fun!
